Two Counties Care invite you to their monthly evening café at Weydon Christian Centre in Upper Way, Farnham

Who is it for? The café is for all persons with concerns about memory problems and any form of dementia, together with their spouses, children, grandchildren, family, friends and care givers. It is also for professionals involved in this specialist area of care.

The purpose To enjoy being out together and to meet people who are all in the same boat. Here families and professionals can share and discuss problems in a relaxed and safe environment.

What is provided? The Café is organised and run by Two Counties Care Limited, in association with the Weydon Christian Centre. Visitors will find a welcoming Café atmosphere with good food and music, usually live. Most sessions will include a short ‘presentation’ and discussion about some aspect of living with dementia. There are opportunities to share feelings and give and receive support and information.

When? The fourth Wednesday of the month from 6:30-9:00 pm. (There is no meeting in June.)

Where? Weydon Christian Centre, Upper Way, Farnham GU9 8RL

Parking: The centre has its own car park and parking is free of charge. There are also spaces on the roadside should the car park be full.
